Book A Commission

To Book a Commission, first decide on the size you would like, and let me know the characteristics and breed of your pet and send me your request via email and I will get back to you as soon as possible. Then gather up as many images as you like and send them to me. I will consult with you closely to choose the best suitable photo. Images captured on your phone are fine. Please note that the sharper the image the better the finished portrait will be.

Tips for better photos

Take good clear headshots of your pet at eye level and in a well lit area (but not full sun). Taking photos just before dusk can yield good saturation of colours etc. Try and focus on your pet’s eyes (the eyes ‘have it’ in most cases).

One of the hardest parts of photographing your pet is getting them to stay still. In that case hold up treats behind the scenes to get your pet to focus on one spot. If you can’t get to eye level with your pet put them on a chair or couch and kneel next to them.
